1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Aranora subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

  • Monthly plans: Full refund of the first month's payment if requested within 30 days of the initial charge.
  • Annual plans: Full refund of the annual payment if requested within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the remaining unused months at our discretion.

2. Renewal Charges

After the initial 30-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

  • Monthly subscribers: Cancel before your next monthly billing date.
  • Annual subscribers: Cancel before your annual renewal date.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all features until then.

3. Free Trial

Aranora offers a 30-day free trial for all new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged unless you explicitly choose to subscribe to a paid plan after the trial ends.

4. Service Interruption Guarantee

If Aranora experiences a continuous service outage lasting 72 hours or more due to issues on our end (excluding scheduled maintenance), you are entitled to a full refund for that billing period or a pro-rated credit toward your next billing cycle - whichever you prefer.

6. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 30-day money-back guarantee period for the initial purchase
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
