Aranora provides a single platform for freelancers and independent professionals to manage clients, projects, contracts, invoices, time tracking, subscriptions, and team collaboration — all in one secure workspace. We may update, modify, or enhance the services over time, and reserve the right to add or retire features as the product evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Your account is intended for use by you and the team members you invite. Sharing credentials with others is prohibited.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can start with a free trial, and no credit card is required until you choose a paid plan. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may update pricing from time to time and will provide reasonable notice before any changes affect your subscription. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, uploading malicious content, infringing on others' rights, or using the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All content you create within your workspace remains yours. The Aranora platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or resell the platform itself.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aranora and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, and we will notify you where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where permitted, any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts, and you agree to submit to their jurisdiction.
